Rusty Willoughby is a quite Brill songwriter from Washington State. He is/ has been a member of the bands Llama, Flop, and Pure Joy, and has recorded under his own name.

He's clever (like Elvis Costello) without being too clever (like Elvis Costello), but he rocks, uses more than three chords and his songs actually say something.

This CD features music by acts from all over North America, including a concentration of acts from the Vancouver/Victoria B.C. area- standouts include Leeroy Stagger, Run Chico Run, Semi-Louise, Hank and Lily,  and Budokan.

This CD was put together and out by Magic Teeth Records, the imprint of Victoria comic book artist (and Legends Comics co-owner) Gareth Gaudin.
